Welcome to our St. Mary’s Grade School family! I am grateful and feel truly blessed to be part of this school and this community. Please know our faculty and staff are committed to working with each of you to bring the Catholic Faith to our students and families, as well as continuing our commitment to excellence in education that our school is known for.

As I reflect on the vision and mission of our school, I am keenly aware of the Parable of the Sower (see Matthew Ch. 13) and its message to us as Catholic educators. It is our job to help plant seeds and fertilize the soil for strong roots to grow, within our students. It is these roots that will anchor them into adulthood and prepare them for the challenges of a secular world. As our world develops faster than ever before, it is becoming very difficult to predict what our children’s world will look like in the future. Therefore, it is incumbent upon us (family & school) to give our students the internal fortitude and spiritual strength to help them persevere and succeed in this world. 

We couple exemplary academic skills with a strong spiritual foundation for virtuous living.  In doing so, our students develop the skill sets necessary to become the problem solvers of our community with the internal desire to be more like God; who is love. When this happens, your children become productive leaders in their community, strong supporters of family, and respectable neighbors that bring the love of Christ to others.
